Yes, we offer a trial lesson. During this session, we get to know each other, assess the child's level, and begin their journey into the world of English. The lesson lasts 30 minutes and is free of charge.

Yes, but without overload. Homework helps reinforce the material and achieve results faster. All materials and assignments are available in the student's personal Classroom account.

If needed, we are always open to rescheduling. Lessons are not canceled but can be moved if we are notified in advance. If a lesson is missed without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable.

Yes, the number of reschedules is limited. You can reschedule up to 2–3 lessons per month. In case of frequent rescheduling, we reserve the right to discontinue cooperation.

Payment is made in advance. We offer subscription plans for 2 weeks or 1 month.

A computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, stable internet connection, and Zoom. We provide all learning materials, so there is no need to purchase anything additionally. A notebook and a pen are also required.

We teach children from 4 to 15 years old. Our programs are adapted to both age and level — from first words for the youngest learners to confident communication for teenagers.

It depends on the child's goals and personality: • Group lessons (4–6 children) — great for overcoming the language barrier. Lots of games, peer interaction, and real communication practice. • Pair lessons (2 children) — a comfortable option, especially for friends or shy children. More teacher attention while still maintaining interaction. • Individual lessons — maximum focus on the child. Ideal for fast progress, exam preparation, or working on specific topics.

We recommend having at least 2 lessons per week. This consistency helps the child retain information, gradually build knowledge, and make steady progress. One lesson per week is usually not enough for stable results, as too much time passes between lessons and the child loses contact with the language.
